About Project Turn the Tassel (Project 3T)

According to a report, The American Dream 2.0, sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, nearly half of U.S. college students do not graduate within six years. 

Project Turn the Tassel , an initiative of BKCLtoo, is being created to help increase college retention rates, especially among at-risk student populations through research, counseling, links to funding, programming, facilitation of support networks and other forms of support.

By my 26th birthday, I would like to raise $10,000 for Project Turn the Tassel!


No matter how much you give, everyone who donates will be listed as a sponsor on the website and in any promotional materials. 

Funding raised for Project 3T will go toward covering operational costs of the organization including funding research and web presence, filing for tax exemption status, implementation of innovative college retention programs,  and ultimately a scholarship and book stipend fund for students that exhibit extreme financial need as they work toward turning their tassels.
